For clients
Step1: Confirm Details after Supplier Quotation----Buyer verifies unit price, MOQ, product specs, packing standard, lead time, payment term and shipping cost after receiving offers. Negotiate revisions on specifications or pricing until both sides reach an agreement.
Step2: Sign Formal Sales Contract / Proforma Invoice(PI)----Supplier issues Proforma Invoice listing all confirmed order terms. Buyer checks all clauses carefully; PI serves as official order binding both parties once confirmed.
Step3: Arrange Prepayment as Agreed----Buyer makes deposit payment (commonly 30% of total value) per contracted payment terms. Send bank slip to supplier for payment verification.
For supplier
